This session is sure to enhance your experience this is about a 90 minute session where I begin giving Reiki and continue with Tuning fork therapy weighted and unweighted on the body and surrounding the body after I administer Crystal therapy which entails placing various crystals on and around the body for enhanced vibrational experience and after I end with a Sound bath sure to enhance your meditative state as well as bringing healing vibrations to the mind ,body and soul.

This is a beautiful 60 minute session that begins with light breath work to relax the body and then I continue with weighted tuning forks on the body and unweighted tuning forks around the body's energetic field then I begin the sound bath playing an array of different vibrational instruments sure to send you into an enhanced meditative state giving you a sense of release and renewal. The Instruments used for this session vary from crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs and Tibetan singing bowls and much more.

This is a wonderful class for the parent and child to receive their Reiki Level One certification while having the opportunity for bonding together .
It includes two manuals one in simple terms to help the child understand the modality and the adult has their manual to learn more in depth. I include a colouring section for the child to help keep them entertained as well as a tapping section sure to awaken them and keep them interested at the end the child will give Reiki to the parent and the parent to the child .There is age restriction for this class please call for more information

This is a fun class where we cover the history of crystal therapy as well as learning how to chooses crystals , clean them and programming. We also cover some healing properties of crystals and placement on the body there is a section for beading where the parent and child get to make a bracelet which makes it a fun filled day. About Me
I was born in Chicago at five years old I moved to Buenos Aires Argentina where I was raised. Growing up in Argentina gave me the great opportunity to experience a whole different culture. I was born in Chicago at five years old I moved to Buenos Aires Argentina where I was raised. Growing up in Argentina gave me the great opportunity to experience a whole different culture. I could say that is where my spiritual journey began. I was exposed to many different spiritual views learned about reincarnation at a very young age as well as cause and effect, this is where my parents came in and taught us that the energy we put out is the energy we will receive hence learning about caring for others, helping people when we can and loving unconditionally all forms of life. My mother and father were very giving people always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need I am grateful to have had such amazing parents that brought me up in such a loving and grounded way. My spiritual journey began in 2007 when I attended an "aura picture special" at a metaphysical store in Las Vegas, where I had been living since the mid-90s. My aura picture showed up as very blue, and the gentleman who took the photo recommended that I try Reiki. At that point, I had never heard of Reiki, so I went home and began to research it. I then sought out a teacher in Las Vegas, and that is how I met Amy Barilla, who taught me Reiki levels 1 and 2, and with whom I completed my mastery. I consider myself fortunate to have had such a great teacher/mentor. Other Reiki students and I used to attend various Reiki circles hosted by Amy and other talented practitioners, which helped me to expand my knowledge of Reiki.
As I continued my journey, I felt the need to become more familiar with crystal therapy. The Universe blessed me once again when I found my teacher, friend, and mentor, Kathleen Green, whom I am still learning from today. I consider myself her disciple, and she is an amazing being. I am blessed to have her in my life. I also met Regina Murphy, a talented EFT and sound therapist who taught me more about aura photography, sound healing, and EFT with tuning forks. Regina was another beautiful earth angel who made a significant impression on my life and learning journey. Although she is no longer with us, I still feel her presence whenever I perform a treatment.
In Las Vegas, I had a home-based practice and later went to learn Medicine Buddha, a very powerful modality. In 2013, I moved to Canada and had to wait until I obtained my citizenship in 2016 to work. Unfortunately, shortly after obtaining my permanent residency, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and had to take time off to undergo extensive chemotherapy treatment. It was a challenging journey, but I learned a lot from that experience. My silver lining was meeting my wonderful husband after completing treatment. Then COVID hit, and once again, I was unable to resume my practice. Finally, it seems like all the pieces are falling into place, and I feel the need to start my practice once again.
My goal is to teach as many people as possible who are interested in learning, and I would love to start a group in the community with like-minded individuals to host Reiki Share Circles and Meditation groups. I want to offer my treatments to whoever may benefit from the modalities I have learned. I like to incorporate Reiki with crystal therapy and EFT tuning forks for my treatments. I feel that since I have this knowledge, why not use it and share it to benefit people? After all, we are all on this journey called life, and we should help and support one another.
Additionally, I am fluent in Spanish, which could be a useful asset for those who prefer to communicate in that language.

Twice a month, I host a Sound Bath meditation, typically one in the evening and another mid-morning. Each session includes gentle breath work, accompanied by beautiful symphonic sounds designed to soothe your mind, body, and soul. As a reiki healer in Vancouver, I integrate these calming experiences with elements of reiki healing to enhance overall wellbeing.
March marks the beginning of a meditation series where I will host guided meditations and teach techniques that help balance mind, body, and soul. This trial series may continue based on its success, with plans to eventually take it outdoors for a unique meditation experience in nature.
MARCH 11TH: 6 PM – Meditation by donation series begins at the CR Community Centre, Room 2. This is a one-hour event.
MARCH 18TH: 6 PM – Meditation by donation series continues at the CR Community Centre, Room 2.
MARCH 21ST: Spring Equinox weekend Sound Bath Meditation at 11 AM in the CR Community Centre, Room 1. This event costs $20; please e-transfer to silviasheavenlyenergy@gmail.com. Limited seating is available to ensure everyone's comfort. Please bring your mat, pillow, and/or blanket. We will introduce some new high vibrational instruments for a transcendental experience.
MARCH 25TH: 6 PM – Meditation by donation at the CR Community Centre, Room 1. Depending on attendance, we may offer more sessions, including outdoor meditations, weather permitting.
MARCH 28TH: Tuning Fork Therapy – This class covers the history of tuning fork therapy, how to use weighted and unweighted tuning forks, and the different types and their uses. This is a one-day, 6-hour class for $175, with advance sign-up required due to limited seating.
